Extended product range for industrial washing

Following the growing demand from the market for increased durability of retro-reflective materials for safety clothing, our partner Unitika has further developed their qualities MR-3501NSC and MR-3501FS. Increased durability also means extended washability of products is needed. The latest developments now have a minimum of 50 industrial washes in accordance with the ISO15797 standards, a big step forward in performance.
The already proven qualities continue to show very high reflectivity after washing as shown in the table below.

MR - 3501NSC: Retro-reflective transfer film in silver. Applicable as transfer tape on various types of high visibility clothing but also very suitable as plot film for the production of texts and logos.
- 3501FS: Retro-reflective transfer film in silver. Especially developed for producing printed texts and logos in any desired design. Retroflex are specialist in custom designed production of retro-reflective badges and logo’s. Please call us to discuss your requirements!
Added features for both 3501NSC and 3501FS:
- Industrial washing ISO15797 – method 8: 50 cycles at 75°C with tumble dry 90°C
- Industrial washing ISO15797 – method 8: 50 cycles at 75°C with tunnel dry 155°C
- Dry cleaning ISO3175 – 50 cycles.
